BILLBOARD 200 REPORT: Carrie Underwood Claims Second No. 1 Album

Carrie Underwood’s Play On was the top seller this past week with sales of 318,000.

The soundtrack to Michael Jackson’s This Is It scanned an additional 196,000 units.

Glee – the TV soundtrack, which enters at #4 with 113,000 copies.

Overall album sales in this past chart week (ending Nov. 8) totaled 6.86 million units, up 9% compared to the sum last week (6.31 million) and down 2% compared to the same sales week of 2008 (7.02 million).
