This wuss (pictured above) is suing the Bossssss for his pre-planned beatdown that happened this past weekend at the 2008 Ozone Awards, which took place in Houston, Texas.

DJ Vlad should have known better that Ross and his camp were not cub scouts…they mean business!

But on the flipside, this was not a good PR move on Rick Ross’ handlers side.  If this lawsuit goes to court, it’s only gonna bring more attention to Ross’ recent revelation that he once worked as a C.O. back in his day.
