Kelly Clarkson’s new LP scores second #1 of her career. The-Dream’s sophomore effort Love vs. Money sells 151,242 units. Last week’s No. 1, U2′s No Line on the Horizon (Island/Interscope/IGA), drops to the No. 3 slot with 132,000.
